I should have to wait 30 minutes for someone to retrieve my car after paying the bill.
Issue not resolved and noticed my 24hrs young vehicle got damaged. Had to have been during the visit as I don’t think Bob and I missed that damage when I bought it on Sun.
Great service and love the fact that I don't have to make appointments but just show up when is convenient in my schedule.

I think when you have an appointment and make the effort to be there on time, that your car should be handled on time. I noticed that mine was waiting after I finished the paperwork and went to the waiting room for at least 20 minutes before anyone even moved it to a service bay. Maybe it would be better, to use express service. That option was not offered when I called to make an appointment.
The May turn out to be a lemon That said Mark M and the rest of the service team deserve an A+ for their efforts and patience in diagnosis and trying to fix the problem
