I received an oil change. When I got home, I checked the engine oil level, and the oil level was more toward the bottom threshold than then the upper threshold.
Tires were suppose to be rotated, work order says nothing about it. I paid for multipoint inspection in whic I clearly asked about detailed diagnosis of fluid levels specifically about power steering fluid as I kind of felt it was hard for me, didn’t hear back on that too. One thing that was free Car wash was also not done properly. Highly disappointing for $330 I paid.
Peter was great! I was a late walk in, and he made sure that my vehicle was taken care of before the service center closed. He walked me through all the services that my car needed, how much they would cost and how long they would take - so there were no surprises. I will be going back to Peter the next time I need my car serviced!
