Service wasnt good, i made an appointment last Monday (21st) or Tuesday (22nd). I get there on Friday (25th) and drop my car off at 730am. Get picked up on after work around 230pm frok Volkswagen. After all this time no one told me that the tires I was waiting to have on my car wasnt there yet. When I talk to the guy from the tire shop they said it would only take a day to get the tires. So, I'm lost on how the tires I requested to buy on Monday or Tuesday wasnt there on Friday. After the fact of getting there Friday no one came up to me until my technician did to let me know they waiting on the tires to get here. So, couple of hours went past and not one person offer me any understanding on how my tires wasnt there yet and then told me someone must of took them for some one else car. After waiting a whole day thinking I was getting my car done I was told to come back Tuesday morning to drop it off. So, on that tuesday I dropped my car off. Got off 230pm once again after I got a text about my car is done and ready. I didnt leave the dealership until 4pm. Its was very disturbing to me that the only person that apologizes was my technician.
This is my first VW, and all the other dealerships I’ve gone to take hours to get a simple oil change. They would say an hour it would take 3. VW said it would be an hour and it took only an hour. Thank you for the honesty!
One of the most attentive service advisors/counsellors I've dealth with. He is a credit to Lindsay Volkswagen. I always feel very comfortable leaving my vehicle in his charge. I have that much confidence in him.
Best service I have EVER received from a auto service center! Glen was amazing and I cannot thank him enough for getting my Jetta feeling brand new again!
I asked for an oil change and a driving light to be replaced. I was told it would take an hour. When I arrived the light was not listed on the to do list. 90 miniatures in I was told it would take another 30 minutes. Then I was told the light might break if was removed. I would have to pay $395. Another gentleman said he would talk to the warranty person and let me know Tuesday.
I had left several voice messages and emails regarding a problem with the car.
Glenn and Marco are amazing. I’m so glad I get to work with them. They are the reason I drive from Bowie to get my car serviced there.
