We have not been contacted that our car was ready. We had to call the dealership only to find out that the service dept had already closed & would not be able to find out the status of our car until Monday morning! What if we needed our car on Sunday? We would have be out of luck. I will never shop at Lindsey for another car or ever get my service done here

The appointment/reservation system is broken. I have talked to Marco about this and he understands my concern. I have been a customer since 2011 but right now I'm not sure if I'm going to be returning to replace this car.

Was surprised by the cost for Touareg brakes - $2K. Service was great, though. Ready when promised. I would put effort into your service portal. A customer should be able to easily see the entire service record and be occasionally be reminded as to when and the cost of the next service. Otherwise, all good.

It was an extremely detailed inspection, for which I am grateful. Additionally it was very fast. During our call, he answered all my questions with ease. I do not know anything about cars, but he was patient and explained the concerns found along with the potential future damage if not fixed.
