The DSG transmission service was completed. Pete assisted with as much discount as he could and I sincerely thank him. My car shifts so much better ... i love it! The upholstery slipped out again but Pete promised to secure it once and for all with metal clamps. It’s very important to note the importance of excellent service oriented people like Pete when it comes to VW cars, because as you may know, people who buy VWs don’t just have a car, to them they love their cars with a passion; for sure, I am one.
