I strictly go out of my way to go to Lindsay VW just for Marco. He always answers my frivolous questions and is always very informative. I definitely know that my car is in good hands with Marco and he always takes great care of me and my car. It’s great seeing a fellow enthusiast have such a great passion and knowledge for what he does. Marco does amazing work and I notice that he takes care of everyone with that same professionalism

Matt was very helpful and did what he could to help with the news several plastic parts had been so affected by the cold winter of Mongolia it was an expensive repair.
But after having to replace the timing belt, front axel boots, fuel injection and lastly the thermostat and its valve and over $5,200 later, the car is in very good shape. I was pressed for time and despite two employees moving on to other jjobs, he drive me home even after closing, which I appreciated since I was moving from my apartment. I’m confident my car will last more than long enough to recoup the money I have put into it. The feel of the drive is drastically different. However, the most important is that it is safe.

Your shop is very good. This particular visit involved warranty work for a Panoramic roof shade. The repair appears to be good, but while driving away I saw finger print smudges on several spots of the shade. I’m guessing they had to handle the shade and didn’t realize they got dirty smudges on it. I’ll try to clean it myself. Not a huge deal, but I keep the car spotless and well maintained with the helps of your Service Dept. I deal with Pete and he is great.
