My actual service advisor mark did very little in the way of this service. He called and left a message saying my 2018 atlas was done, that was the extent of his involmemt. However Peter Herman was the guy who I delt with in the service lane. Peter was abrasive and didn’t even take the time to look up from his computer monitor. Rude would be a good way to put it. I walked away thinking “wow, this is the fantastic service department they flaunted during the car buying process?” We included the service plan with our vehicle and walked away thinking maybe we shouldn’t have. Disappointed to say the least. People have off days but this was almost insulting. I would like to mention Tim Keys, this man went out of his way to provide customer service, and not to mentioned gave my 2 year old a pair of VW sunglasses. He was polite and what I would expect from a service advisor thou he works in parts.
I’ve been coming to Lindsay vw for the maintenance on my cars and never received a service like I did on 06/06/18, Marco customer service that he provided that day was 20 out of 10,
Marco has always gone above and beyond to better my experience and Lindsay. He always keeps me current with the status of the vehicle and accommodates my busy schedule within his own! I’ve worked with him since buying my CC 3at Lindsay 3 years ago and can’t compliment his service enough. Top notch!
Matthew provided excellent customer service from when I first called in to schedule an appointment. He was very helpful throughout out my service appointment and answered in detail any questions I had. I appreciate his professionalism and attention to detail. I will definitely reach out to him in the future should the need arise.

He truly understands the wholistic process of customer satisfaction and advises the customer based on good judgement and his many years of experience in the business. He does this with a tremendous amount of perseverance if necessary while following business policy and best practice.

Today, I interacted with Mr. Herman, Mr. Rumigan (sorry if I’m misspelling!), and the mechanic who worked on my car, whose name I do not know. All three gentlemen were extremely courteous, professional, and helpful. They took ample time to listen to and address my concerns, despite being very busy and having a company function/barbecue going on. All three gentlemen represented Lindsay VW in an exemplary fashion today! They make me feel comfortable in returning to the Lindsay VW service department, and confident that my vehicle will be well taken care of, and I will receive great customer service! Thank you, to all three!
Detail got compound spray on the chrome trim of my new 2018 Alltrack and couldn’t get it off. Glenn worked with his manager to order replacement trim and fix the issue right the first time. I was there with my daughter and he got us in and out in a timely manner. Glenn is a true professional!
Pete what is the best service advisor I’ve ever had. This includes the service appointments with other brands – BMW, Ford and Audi. He was always very positive and continue to provide me updates throughout the process. Additionally when I showed up to get my vehicle he offered me barbecue lunch and a water. Just an all-around fantastic experience.
