Absolutely great customer service and already spoke to the GM at this location about how great the staff was and specifically Dave and Shawn. I came in for a check engine light diagnostic which I already knew was for my ADblue heater but Shawn stepped up and asked for my VIN number and found out that I needed to get the second phase of my recall on my Passat TDI done and took care of everything including rental (except for the stupid age fee from enterprise). Overall always been happy and will continue to business with this store.
Dave is excellent to deal with. A true professional, very polite, and taking time to answer all my questions.

Matt, as always, was absolutely fabulous. He was incredibly helpful, careful with my car, knowledgeable, and patient. I would recommend him to anyone! He is one of the main reasons I bring my car to Lindsay VW. I drive 45 minutes to take my car to him, rather than just taking my car to the VW dealership 15 minutes from my house. I really trust him with my vehicle and will continue to go to him as long as he works at Lindsay.
All work was done on time and to my satisfaction.
