Pete provided great customer service, however two days later the seat cover slipped out of the socket again. VW needs to provide a permanent fix for this issue for both the driver and the passenger front seats. I have a case open with VW of America to address this issue without continued trips to the dealership for a solution that has not worked. I am totally dissatisfied with the technical solution provided over and over and over again. If you want to keep me as a customer that has bought over 8 vehicles you need to take care of this issue once and for all! Regards, Joe Elias ****-****-xxxx

Was given the impression that at least the license plate could be mounted while at service for the day. Understand not having parts for more extensive service items (on a brand new Atlas...) ... but not having a front license plate mounting bracket? Also a little surprised that service department doesn’t have Brake Rotors in stock to replace warped rotors (again on a brand new Atlas). Seems like something that should be kept in stock. Hoping these early issues with atlas not an indication of future reliability / quality problems.
