Pete Herman, Glen, and all the other folks with whom I have collaborated at Lindsay VW service, are the best dealership that I have ever patronized. They are the best not because they exchange pleasantries... they receive my loyalty because they focus on the details that win me back when making a follow-on purchase. Had it not been for Pete and the Lindsay VW Service Department’s excellence, I would not have purchased my third Volkswagen. I have become a loyal return customer because Pete and his team exercise excellence post-sale.

It took a lot longer than I expected. However I. The mean time Sean did a fine job keeping me informed. The work as completed and especially the work not done was greatly appreciated. For the last three service I have requested a check on he brakes and every time I have been recommended it to have anything brake wise serviced or replaced, which saves me a lot of money. However I do get the confirmation that everything is in good working order . So greatly appreciated that sometimes it is not necessary to create work and spend less money.

Disorganized after 3 repeated calls explaining the need for my appointment. I wasted 90 minutes of time at my appointment where they did not do anything to my car that was requiested. I had to go up to the counter to find out this situation. And then another 40 minutes went by before the car was finally completed where again I had to go up to the counter to find out if it was completed. Extremely disappointed in the service. May not return.

Frankly, I have NO IDEA who Matthew R Percey is. My Sales Representative was Crystal Walaszczyk. Crystal was excellent and super supportive during the entire process from the time we first test drove our 2018 Tiguan up through the final delivery. Best regards, Jim Wilson
