1.) First day, I left my car for service, after four hours, I received a call saying they were no any parts left for my car because many car same day with the same issue, may be, safety recall. 2.) So I brought my car after three days for the second time they said parts will be available that day. I asked how long it will take for serving, he said two to three hours. I had urgent to go some where at 5 pm: I left my car 10:30 am thinking that it will be ready by 2:00 pm. Unfortunately, I didn’t hear anything even by 3:00 pm. So, I called them, and asked them a ride wanted to see why taking long time. Arrived service center by 3:30 pm, asked how long will take now? He said I will try by 4:45 or 5:00 pm. I’m like: are you kidding? I said I have urgent to go somewhere at 5:00 pm. He said Okay, then I’ll try 4:00 pm. Thanks god! I received my car at 4:00 pm. He didn’t give me information what he did, was there any problems, does he recommend any service: nothing :-(

My dissatisfaction isn't Matt's fault. Rather, when I purchased the car I remember that the salesman or financier who I signed the paper work with sold me a rim and tire package, and told me in no uncertain terms that if I had any issues with my rims-- dents, curb rash, scratches, that they would be replaced. In my most recent service the bubble in my tire was replaced but I was told that the scratches in my rims would not be covered, since they didn't affect the driveability of the vehicle. Additionally I had asked that with my service if all of my vehicle fluid levels would be checked, and topped off if needed, and was told they would be. However my windshield wiper fluid light came on after leaving the dealership when I picked up my car. In the past when I had taken my vehicle in for service it was handled by Glenn, and I always felt like I was taken care of, but I didn't necessarily feel that this time.

I brought my car in for a service on the intake manifold that was covered under warranty. There was a misunderstanding about doing a carbon clean out that was fixed. However, the service advisor did not mention any recalls on my vehicle. I received a recall notice that evening in the mail. I called about having them done and found out there were actually two recalls. I feel this is something a service advisor should be aware of and mention. Also, it indicated my car was washed. It was pretty dusty looking upon pick up.

Pete is the best of the best! I did not have an appointment and drove in on a Saturday 20 minutes before closing time and Pete was polite, professional and helped get me in a loaner car with ac (the ac in my car was not working and it was 98 degrees) in minutes. I always feel comfortable taking my car in for any service needed when I am working with Pete.

I was surprised that it took so long for a six-month check,'over 2 1/2 hours with an appointment. Also, I went for complimentary car wash and it looks awful, streaks and spots everywhere.
