I called on a Saturday hoping the work could be scheduled that day & the service department delivered as requested as they always have over the years i’ve Owned my car. Eddie **** handled my call. He was very helpful & when I arrived at the service department he introduced me to Matthew. Matthew listened to all my service requests & took the time to confirm records explaining what steps the technician would take. He kept me appraised of the work & when it couldn’t be completed in 1 day called to deliver the news & tell me a loaner car has been made available without me asking. Truly appreciate service & those who are proactive rather than reactive. . . one of the reasons the dealership has my business.

Would have liked to have the safety recall on the driver side air bag done at the same time as the safety recall on the fuel pump, but the parts were not in stock.

It seems like waiting 2.5 hours for a 10k service was excessive. It was a full hour more than the estimated time the service advisor gave. In addition, while I did receive a text message about my vehicle status at one point, I ended up having to go to the service desk to inquire if my car was ready. My vehicle was out front so I don't know if it was completed earlier and I just want informed. The service advisor was friendly and courteous, but since he knew I was waiting it would have been nice to have been communicated to more often.

I brought my vehicle to the dealership for an oil change and for the check engine light. Prior to having my vehicle serviced at Lindsay, I had a diagnostic conducted of the check engine light. There were 4 or 5 error codes related to the fuel pump. I decided to have the work done at Lindsay. I dropped my car off on July 2nd, and given a loaner vehicle. At that time, I was informed that the high pressure fuel pump needed to be replaced and the cam was damaged. About a week went by and I did not hear anything regarding the status of my vehicle. I texted Matt and asked about the status. He responded telephonically and informed me that he had attempted to get in contact with me and left a voicemail. It was impossible for him or anyone to leave a voicemail as it is full and has been since May 2017. At that time he stated that the timing chain had to be replaced and there was damage to the 2nd cam, which result in a $7,000 bill. I declined to have any additional work done due to my vehicle being a 2006 and the repairs exceeded the value of the vehicle. After conducting research, I discovered that there was a recall on the fuel pump module, which potentially could cause engine damage. I was not made aware of this by my service technician. In addition, I had my vehicle serviced a few months prior and was told that my vehicle was in excellent condition. There was no indication of any major problems with the engine. In addition, I had the Virginia Safety and emissions done in April 2018. When Matt was discussing the repairs that needed to be done to my vehicle, he took me over to a sales person in new car sales before even showing me the damaged cam. I did not feel comfortable with this sales tactic, as it feel like it was about the money and not about giving me options or information. When my vehicle was delivered to me, some of my personal belongings were displaced and on the floor and my car was not clean. The car had a film of dirt and dust. The delivery of my vehicle after spending over $3,000 at Lindsay was inadequate to say the least. I was seriously considering purchasing a replacement vehicle from Lindsay, but at this point I do not feel like a valued customer and will take my business elsewhere.

Marco was awesome! I'd give him 100/10 for a rating. Super friendly and easy to work with! I'd definitely like to work with him again in the future. He's definitely brought my opinion of Lindsay service back up and I hope it continues in this direction. Henry
