I scheduled my 2013 Jetta TDI for service and alignment. When I brought vehicle in, only the alignment was done,no service was done on the Jetta. Mr Percey had promptly notified me that my alignment was complete. Mr Percey said that an alignment was all that was scheduled. Mr Percey was able to schedule the service for me that day, as well as providing me with a short term rental car through Enterprise for the additional three and a half hour service appointment. Mr Percey advised me of the fuel filter that was due for this service for my car as it was close to 110,000 miles. I had a question about the uneven wear on the drivers-side tire and Mr Percey had called up the technician who had looked at my tires. Mr Percey was obviously unhappy that I requested a service for the Jetta after the alignment was completed as Mr Percey avoided eye contact and spoke as little as possible when I was at counter after returning the rental car. Mr Percey did apply a discount to my ticket at the end of the transaction.
He was very personable and helpful. He was quick to check in, get the work done, then check me out. He called to let me know as soon as my car was ready. I love Lindsay!
Scheduled oil change turned into some recall updates that involved 2.5 hours of waiting. I wish I had been alerted to the time commitment before the work was done.
Had a new alternator replaced along with battery. Found labor costs increadibly high. Way too many hours work for what was done.
"Core" cost of alternator was $250. Why can't I have MY alternator? My local mechanic paid $80 for core. I couldn't afford the alternator, so I lost warranty money, my mechanic couldn't exercise the warranty. Very disappointed. Not inclined to get another VW product with the pumped-up pricing of part and labor.

I appreciated the quality work and the review of the mechanics findings on my car. It helps me to prepare for future repairs and for potential problems that could arise before the next servicing.
Problem was not fixed. This is now the second instance. Also the overspray on the interior was not cleaned and the drivers interior door panel appears dirty. We were told the vehicle was washed but the side passenger side is covered in dirt. There was still water inside the rear hatch panel and all rear hatch covers. The water was laying on all the electrical connection and cables. You all have had the vehicle longer than we have. Rating of zero. Debbie was fine through the ordeal and the young service tech who came out had a clue and was honest about what needed to be done. He went and checked a second Atlas and found the rear middle break light was sealed better than the one on our vehicle
