I dropped off my vehicle for service at about 10:30 am and returned at 3:30 pm to find out that my car had not been serviced and service advisor Herman could not tell me why the work had not been completed. I took my vehicle without waiting for it to be tended to. I was not satisfied at all.
I have never had any issues with going to Lindsey. I recently had my beetle in for a flat tire. I was out of town so I had my daughter and husband handle this. I returned home last week and noticed the indicator light would not reset so I brought my car back only to find out the tire was replaced with a different brand and the wrong size. I took it back in for express device which is fabulous. But I noticed my hood and area by my back window is scraped up. My car is not suppose to go in for a wash because it’s a wrap. The invoice shows that it was washed. This makes me very sad. I love the wrap on my bug now it’s not so pretty

I felt like I was a bother to Pete and Matt when I brought Jetta in to be serviced. Also, when I made the appt, I asked if I could get a loaner and was told no problem. When I brought my car in, I was told I couldn’t have a car and had to wait over 2 hours and hadn’t planned on that. So I have an extended warranty at a dealership where the customer service is lack luster and inconsistent, in addition to not getting a loaner after I was told by the salesman & service scheduler that loaners are available. This is my first and last VW.
