Husband called 3 times last week to get the follow-up taken care of and no one called called. Called again today and we have not heard back. Getting very annoyed. Koons Honda really does have the best service ever!

3 or 4 days after repair, my vehicle was worse that what it was before we took it.
My car is 3 years old but only has 13000 miles and kept in a garage. I am very disappointed that my headlight went out (I don’t drive at night often) and the lever to move the seat forward broke off (it was only used maybe 6 times). I feel neither of these things should of broke already. I have always purchased Chrysler/Dodge cars and this is my first experience choosing a different make. I never had problems with my other cars like this and I drove them for many years.
I have been to the shop twice for the headlight. The first time they replaced the bulb only. It burnt out again, almost immediately, so now the whole headlight is being replaced but it has to be ordered, along with the broken handle, so I will need to go back again once the parts come in. I am thankful Volkswagen is taking care of the cost of the headlight but feel I should not be charged for the handle either. It certainly should not of broke after being used a few times. Poor design and poor quality. The service man I had was very polite and helpful and the waiting area is always clean and comfortable. Sincerely, WENDY B

Please clearly communicate with your customers on the potential for not having the airbags available for replacement and having to be ordered. I have had every interim repair made. Neither during scheduling nor when I checked in was it mentioned that the repair may not happen on the appointment day and have to be ordered and rescheduled. I took the day off of work. I did not even receive a complimentary external wash for my trouble.
