I’m happy with the repair however when I picked up my car the headlight warning light was on indicating my headlight was out. I went to a local mechanic for the repair. I would’ve had the repair performed by VE but no one said mentioned it.

I brought my car to Lindsay as I needed a 100,000 mile checkup, a recall airbag issue, and to diagnose an oil pressure light. My dealer in Richmond was unable to get me in within a 2 week window. Eddie **** was able to get me in, fix the above robls, as well as two additional problems. I love the loaner car, which is unavailable in Richmond. It was reminiscent of the service on our other car, which is a Lexus. I told my daughter, who bought her car at Lindsay, that from now on, I’ll be having my service done at Lindsay. The service was that good!

First off I started trying to get these recalls done back in April. I had to call 4 different times to try and get this done. Every time I was feed a line "we will have a account manager call you back. Well after 2 weeks went by I called again. This happened 2 more time before I had to call and state my case to the parts manager and he got it scheduled for the next day. I never talked to Matt except to ask if it was done and he seemed like it was an inconvenience that I was asking about it. Then when I went to pick up the car I went in and stood at his name computer area and he was standing in the hall it took another guy to ask me if I needed help. When I asked for matt it was like I was an inconvenience and a bother. He threw my key in a box and the put a paper in front of me and told me to sign them. So I did and he gave me my copy and said they will bring it around then walked away. He never once smiled or welcoming. The whole pick up experience sucked and I was really disappointed in Lindsey VW and I will definitely find another VW dealer next time I need service.
