Marco and the rest of the VW really made my experience pleasant. From start to finish I was updated and informed on the state of my car, which really eased any nerves I may have had.
I asked for a phone call to let me know what was going on with the car, never received one. Got a text saying my car was almost done and to reply to the text message if I had any questions. I replied to the text and got no response. I called to ask about my car and the lady who took my call said the service department was to busy to talk to me, I explained that I was supposed to have gotten a call about my car and she said she would pass along the message to have someone call me. No one ever did. I received a call almost 7 hours after I dropped it off and the guy told me it was done. When I arrived to pick it up it was supposed to be washed but was it? No. There were other things with the overall experience I wasn't pleased with as well.
Simple safety inspection. Done within the quoted time.
No need to call back. Paul was able to rectify situation upon return another day.

Appointment time was not honored. VW representative actually stated that we gave your vehicle a good scrubbing when upon inspection it was barely washed at all. Terrible experience to say the least.
