Dropped the vehicle off with a headlight that is burned out. Picked up the vehicle today and the headlight is still inoperable. Is checking headlights not part of the safety inspection? I’m wondering what else wasn’t done that I paid over $700 forZ

He did not only help me with the issue but took care of some other work orders in order to save my time in the future in which I would have to make an extra of trip to get those things done. I was satisfied with the service by Lindsey VW, but not with Robert Luu. He was too busy on the phone to process me when I arrived for my scheduled appointment so the gentleman at the quick service counter took care of the drop-off. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle again he was too busy on the phone so another gentleman in the service department assisted.

The front seat handle that was being replaced because it had broken,and the replacement got broken trying to install. So, a new part has to be ordered once again and I have to make another trip back for another repair. The handle to move the seat forward is a horrible design. Matthew has been very helpful with this situation.

My vehicle was returned and I was unsatisfied with the outcome. I was basically brushed off and told there was nothing else to do. After asking multiple times, he finally conceded to call the insurance company and “try again”. He left a voicemail this morning with no new information other than, again “there is nothing for us to do.” I purposely purchased the Tire/Wheel Protection Package when I purchased the vehicle in April. While it did cover the tire, I’m now driving on a damaged rim on a car that is under 6 months old. I had my car towed into your lot 3 to 4 days before it even got looked at. Mean while I had to find another source of transportation because I was unable to get a loaner for the time it was in the lot. I figured something out it turned out to be ok I asked that the car throughly looked over because it was not looked over properly. I said and called 3 times to ensure this plus my dad called a couple times. I was told it was only my battery and it was fixed. I know my car other things felt off. I asked that it be checked over everything checked including tires and I was told yes it would be done. So I picked up my car with everything in my gut feeling something else was wrong and went home. Not even a day later my oil light came on and I was forced to commute with my fiancée to and from work because my oil was extremely low. Being forced to take my car back on my day off a huge waste of my time for just oil. Only oil after my car has been thoroughly checked. Absolutely awful experience.
