I'm always satisfied with the service and attention, however, I was initially going to be charged for the oil change and 30K maintenance to which I responded that that was included in my lease contract. After several questions about when I got my car and that VW doesnt offer the 10-20-30 service (to which I kept saying I have it) they came to the realization that I indeed had that in my contract... I'm not complaining but merely making an observation that even though he said he checked in the AM when I dropped my car he didn't see it. It's was part 5 pm and I had to wait 25 more minutes because they didn't change the brake fluid. I didn't mind waiting and entire a fantastic cup of tea. He was super apologetic and treated me in a very respectful way. I really like Lindsay VW, and probably will come back for my next car after my lease is up. Thank you!

When I called to schedule the service I was met with a borderline rude person. I was able to get an appointment set up, even though my prior service visit could not be found in the system. I was told the appointment would last 1 hour. When my wife arrived for the appointment she was asked if she was leaving the car for the day. She responded that I was told it would take an hour she was basically laughed at. She waited for 1.5 hours and after not hearing anything went back to the desk where She was told it would be another 3 hours! Even though she got a rental at this point, it could have been handled much better from the beginning. I plan on visiting a different dealership in the future if I have any service needs.

Service Advisor, Robert Luu, doesn’t care about customer satisfaction and it’s reflected in the department management starting with Paul Boots as a service manager. Lack of technical experience of the technicians/mechanics in programming infotainment systems somehow warrants charging a customer for time spent on failing to program. To make matters worse, service department did not reverse the failed programming causing my original infotainment system to be disabled. Additional charge was demanded in order to reverse the programming. Again, service department only cares about labor hours charged. Get your technicians trained or refuse tasks that are above your skills!

What about a link between vehicle miles and next service due so you can prepare customers better for the required work and cost? Improve the web site to show a history - sequentially - of all work done and the costs to date? (And my account shows I own 2 Touaregs. I don’t.)

Matt would not answer most of my questions about the service done to my car. He was just silent staring at his computer screen to most questions, and answered one or two grudgingly. I'm assuming from this response that the problem with my blocked sunroof drains is a design flaw that will continue to be a problem that he was not supposed to, or did not wish to discuss with me.
