I was told a few weeks ago my service and TDI fix would take 90min, got to the dealership and was told it may take two days. It took three weeks trying to coordinate a time to dreo the car off for a service that I did not need to do because I was given a loaner car. At the time of checkout your dealership tried to bill me an extra $8 for some shop fee for getting my tires balanced and the guy told me it was because it cost $8 to dispose the tire weights. That is **** and I refused to pay it, how many people do you add that fee to there bills and you get away with it? Very shady business, I would expect better from a VW dealership.
Pls have Mr. Luu call me. I will always give excellent scores but be advised that whatever we did last Saturday in regards of the map not going to the virtual cluster is not fixed, and the driver side wiper is still leaving a smear on the center of the windshield.

I was satisfied because I brought my vehicle in before the scheduled time and was able to get the 5,000 mile service done quickly. Also, he brought all the papers over for me to sign so I didn't have to go back to the checkout area. This was great because I had a sprained ankle and walking was painful. And he was very friendly!

It was great at the beginning. But when my car was done and suppose to be ready, they said it was getting washed and would be up in a few minutes. I wanted 20 min and no car and they went back to find it . Finally got my car, and it wasn’t even washed. Also, the tech as he was getting out of my car had issues getting out of my car. I left because I live in Clemson SC. And about an hour down the road I stopped for gas and could not get out of my car, the inside door latch wasn’t working. Had to put my window down to open the door from the outside. I called and told Pete about the issue and he said for me to bring it back to have them check it out. I could not due that due to me having to get back down to SC, to prepare for the hurricane. I told him that I would take it to the local VW dealership here in SC. and would let them know what they said. The issue is a broken door latche cable and it is going to cost $350 to get it fixed. Your help and assistance with this issue would be greatly appreciated.

Pete Herman was his usual excellent self and got the car out ahead of schedule.
Matthew was great. He took care of the check engine light and the recall that caused it. I was given a shuttle to work and got a cup of hot choclate. Win - Win Lindsay VW knows how to take care of customers. Thanks for everything.

I pre-ordered tires with the intention to price match with NTB. I called ahead to confirm, and was informed that the SKU numbers of the tires have to match. Upon arrival, I was given a different story that price matching is not allowed “because it needs to take into account the total cost of the installation”, and that “on average Lindsay VW is $50 cheaper per tire when all said and done.” I feel mislead and cheated. The fine print on the price match offer contradicts what I was told. All said and done I ended up paying $211 more than what I would have at NTB. Very disappointed.
