I brought daughter and her car in at 0830 this morning for an oil change and state inspection. My car was driven out of the service bay and left on the side of the building until I asked why. It turned out that my car was forgotten. I watched other customers Get their car serviced, while my daughter and I sat for nearly 3 hours. By the time it was over with, it took four hours to get an oil change and state inspection. We purchased The car at Lindsay Volkswagen and this was her first experience in getting her car serviced. Totally unacceptable.

I appreciate the notification texts however when I replied with questions I never received a response. Secondly, the website says repairs should take 8 hrs, I had to wait 3 days. I made the appointment but parts weren’t ordered until I dropped off car, not happy about that. People were friendly and helpful in person.

I thought I had an appointment for 1:00 pm. I discovered that it really wasn't an appointment, that one person who would be working on my car was out to lunch and that it's first come first served and there were many people ahead of me. For my 20K service and an inspection it took 3 hours and 45 minutes. (Sorry but I counted the 15 minutes it took to check me in). The service was fine and thanks for use of a computer, but the entire afternoon as far as I was concerned was spent there because I didn't realize the appointment wasn't really an appointment.
