It was a complicated problem to find out what was causing the engine light to continue to go on. Finally, it was solved. Matt, as usual was patient and understanding. I love my Passsat.

2hr 15mins for an oil change that I was was told would take 90mins. When I went to pay I had to wait 10 mins while the service representative spoke on the phone having an argument with someone. Meanwhile there were multiple employees walking around not offering help.
For a company obsessed with customer service, this visit fell extremely short.
Service was great but WiFI was out. That was an inconvenience.
