I can not believe it took two weeks to get my sunroof repaired. The dealership almost never reached out to give me an update on the repair status. I had to call on a daily basis to determine what was going on with my car.
Friendly, polite, and helpful.
Everything was great except the car wash. They cleaned everything but the back of the car, and it is noticeably dirty.
When I booked the appointment I was told it would take an hour an a half. When I dropped the car off, Laura said it would be about 2 hours. It took 4 hours. It was just the recall. I can’t stand Lindsay Volkswagon sales and I only leased my second car there because of the past great service department. I can’t wait until my lease it up because I never want to go back to Lindsay Volkswagon again. Once my lease it up I will be blasting this on social media.
