BUT the service was on a 2018 Atlas that we bought 3 months ago from Lindsay VW. The left taillight went out yesterday, which was both surprising and frustrating. Lindsay VW resolved the situation (a faulty connection) quickly, yet we were very disappointed to find ourselves back at Lindsay so quickly for a repair.

The Service Dept. was supposed to include a safety inspection and they did not. Also, we had to call for status updates (we weren’t called).
