There was a porter of African descent (I am very sorry to have not gotten his name) who helped me tremendously. My vehicle was returned to me with suds oozing from every crevice. When I opened the gas door suds just slid out. My paint would have been ruined had the gentleman not taken and rinsed my vehicle. The washer was broken, and though the other porter was aware, made no effort to rinse the vehicle (or dry it for that matter). All is well otherwise, but I do thank the porter who took care of rinsing and drying my Tiguan...my paint job could have been ruined.
Had to go back to the dealership after I picked up my vehicle. Gas gauge was not displaying. Took it back immediately to the dealership where techition reattached connector to driver side gas pump.
Peter is really a great asset to Lindsay vw and he is the main reason we keep coming back there to service both of our cars.
I don’t think the communications were up to the standards I usually experience at Lyndsay.
When picking up my car, after 5 days, I didn’t get that “welcome to Lyndsay” feeling.
