My service rep was very nice but not adequately knowledgeable about what repairs were recommended. Also, when I picked up my car, the tire pressure was low. A service person pulled my car in and had to have seen the “low tyre pressure” message and indicator light on and they should have taken my car around to fill them! I was in a rush to get to a meeting so I had to drive with the low tires until I could get to a service station after work and fill them myself ($0.75) in the rain. That made me nervous as I know improper pressure impacts traction and wears the tires negatively.

I was waiting for answers to my messages that I send and never got one... I have to drive to the VW to see what’s happening with my car,then when I was going to pickup my car I was waiting for my car 20 min..after 20 min I was walking to my car to see what’s happening and I realize that the key was not working..they opened the car with the service key...so I got my car back after 30 minutes...and want to specify that car was not washed ,car was full of dust because they parked on a service road ...and now my key doesn’t work I have to use my spare key...all together very disappointed.
Laura was awesome. She got me an appointment quickly, communicated everything very clearly and the appointment was 100% covered. Painless experience!

I was quoted the service over the phone at $410 but found out upon dropping off the car it would be $540 before tax. Quite a difference.

Dropped off on Monday at 3pm, advised I had an apt at Lindsay to discuss trade in at 11:00 am on Tuesday. Appt for service was at 7am Tuesday. Said it would be ready when I came in. Salesman and I went to Service at 1:00 to get mileage and they said it would be ready in about 2.5 hours!!
Came back at 1:15. Matt was there, apologized and said it would be ready in 15 minutes. Car was ready at 1:45.
