of your control with the paint shop, you should consider using
a different shop, it was unacceptable for them to take almost 2 weeks to paint
a very small door handle key cover!
Please don’t upsell especially when it’s taking longer than originally estinated

First, I want to say that everyone that I have encountered when at the dealership has been very pleasant and respectful. On this particular visit, however, I left very frustrated. I will be first in line to admit that I haven’t a clue about cars, changing oil, rotating tires, and other services that a car needs, and it’s probably safe to say that I am not alone. When I come in for service, the service rep should be thorough and explain what it is that my car needs at any particular time. While sitting behind the computer clicking buttons he or she should also be able to view what service had most recently been done to my car to further recommend other services that I may need. For this most recent visit, Marco took my name and my keys, clicked some buttons on the computer, asked me if I was in for the 5000 mile service, and then told me that I should go sit down - my car would be ready in about 45 minutes. About 50 minutes later, Marco comes to me and mentions that my car is due for an oil change in 1000 miles and wonders if I want to wait for it to be done today. I said sure and he assured me that he would get it back in the bay and it would be another 45 minutes. Two and a half hours after my appointment began, I walked over to the service center and inquired about my car. The other service rep even acknowledged that I had been waiting for a really long time. Marco was not around at the time, so the guy went to check on my car. Several minutes later he came back and said they were almost done with it. At the three hour mark, Marco came to get me. He handed me a piece of paper, apologized for my wait and told me my car was waiting out front. I asked him if I needed to sign anything and he said no, the warranty covered everything. I left there, not only angry about the three hour wait but also 100 percent clueless about what was done to my car. I was at no time given any explanation about the service that my car received or when it needs it’s next service. It seems after a visit to your service center, I receive multiple calls or emails asking about my experience. I hope this means that somewhere someone really does care and can take this bit of feedback to consider your general audience. And honestly, I’d rather not have to talk to someone on the phone about my experience, so please do not reach out further. Yes, I will continue to use your service center and yes, I would recommend your dealership to friends and family. Thank you for listening.
Eddie communicated the services well and made me feel that he was really taking care of me. He let me know about any items that needed attention and even declined to do a few things that he didn’t think needed to happen right away.

It was frustrating to have confusion as to when my warranty ran out and what services should be included in my oil change. I was told I'd have to pay for the oil change, and then when I questioned that, learned that it was indeed still under the service contract, but that meant taking the car back in for more service.
