Pete as usual was so helpful and the battery was installed swiftly
My problem was not resolved and we were told the problem was being caused by the installation of an after market product that caused no interference for 3 years. But because it was not VW product your mechanics couldn't resolve the issue. It was not proven that this was entirely the case. From a customer service standpoint. This experience left me not satisfied.
Laura was friendly and the service was performed in the timeframe promised.
I was a little disappointed with the level of detail paid to my detailing, as I would have expected areas covered that weren’t (wipe cup holders and seats for example)
My experience with the service department is that everyone was very
professional and had excellent customer service skills.
Laura provided excellent customer service. She gave me timely and complete info about the service needs of my car and prices. She kept me updated on status, and promptly notified me when the car was ready. I’ll definitely bring my Golf back to Lindsay for service due to her pleasant and professional manner.
Service was done on time just like the way agent promised , 12:30 and it was finish by 12:25

Laura did a great job and my car was ready when i needed it.
Actually getting the car fixed went fine. Laura was great. The only problem was there was no appt in the schedule when I arrived. Even though I made one & waited 4 days without a working horn/airbag to get in. I got lucky that the part needed happened to be in stock or it would have required a follow appt & another work interruption.
I worked briefly with Matthew but mostly with with Elliott Moos and Mariya Dimitrova. These two did an outstanding job and made the purchase process easy.

Not great. The scheduler couldn't grasp that I wanted an appointment to do both state inspection and scheduled maintenance. She was not very intelligent and acted like she had never had any customer service training or experience. The service advisor did not tell the mechanic to perform the complete prepaid maintenance service and tried to charge extra for tire rotation which was part of the service package when I bought the car. You should study DonBeyer Volvo and learn how to run a dealer service shop. They do it right. You seem to have forgotten that the customer is always right.
Your service and sales department are excellent. I did tell the person who called me today about the tire light coming on and the fact that the drops speeds often on I66.
