I am still unsure why it took a day and half before my veichile was seen by a master technician. Rain and traffic hardly seem like a reason, given I heard the noise while it rained and in traffic.

It is my belief that a car should be damage free when you purchase it. I'm very disappointed that they wouldn't fix the headlight that came scratched.
