Pete Herman, as usual, went above and beyond the norm. Not only did he get us in at the last minute for a major inspection, but, Without my asking, he researched our road hazard coverage for potential rim damage.

The scheduled service was only partially performed because of the technicians misunderstanding of what needed to be performed. I have to return the car next week for the remainder of the service to be performed. I also told the service person I dropped the car off with to not have them wash the car. He put it on the service ticket "DO NOT WASH". The car was washed anyway. Lindsay service is usually awesome but was a total fail this time.
Laura was amazing and I am so glad she was my service tech. She helped me when I was extremely upset about my car not working. She is a huge asset to your service department.
Eddie kept me abreast of the situation throughout the day and let me know when my car would be ready. He was extremely attentive in that manner. Both he and Pete are excellent members of the service team.

Yesterday we were told that the test drive conducted seemed fine, and that repair work following an accident was “good enough.” We haven’t heard anything since then, and have no idea what if any service was performed, or whether or not our vehicle has been repaired to our satisfaction or even if it’s still with Lindsay, or if it’s been returned to the body shop.

Jacob was a pleasure to work with. He was polite and friendly, communicated clearly, and was helpful answering my questions.
Eddie was pleasant, efficient, accommodating. My only comment has to do with the flow of the service area. When I walked in, I was not sure which person to stand in front of for service. No one looked up to welcome me to their service area. The first two individuals had name plates hanging in front of the counter. Because Eddie did not have a marker in front of his station, I guessed and waited while he finished his conversation with a customer. Consistency and eye contact might reduce the initial uncertainty.
