Metal filings left in interior of the car after removal of seat latch. Seat trim damaged around latch area as well as damage to the latch post. I spent hours trying to clean the interior and seats of the small metal filings in fear that a rear seat passenger would get the metal in their skin as they are very sharp. I am really disgusted over how poor the quality of work is at Lindsay VW. I expected professional work and it appears nothing less than a rushed hack job.

Have more seatbelts in stock. Knowing I was coming in with more than three days notice with a potentially defective seatbelt should have triggered an Inventory check. Now I have to return one more time just to get the seatbelt fixed.

Marco provided excellent customer service. He gave me an accurate estimate of the time needed for the service, and also gave me timely updates. He was extremely polite and professional. The porters were very careful with my car, and the car wash was a great bonus!

Service was handled well and on time. Only issue was scheduling. I tried to schedule via the service appointment tab on the website but that was inoperable. I was forced to enter a chat session with "Samantha" which was cumberson and repetitive.
