The service at Lindsay is the BEST! The service guys - Jake, Eddie, Peter, the whole crue - are always on top of their game! The vehicle was serviced on time, washed and ready for us; the paperwork was in order - we had a great visit, and the kids loved the hot chocolate! All and all, we feel like we are part of the Lindsay family and for the last 10 years have purchased VWs only from them. We look forward to working with Lindsay in 2019 - Happy New Year! In every communication we felt like we were bothering people there. I was also very surprised that there was no call/text letting us know the car would take so long to fix. In fact, there was no call/text until it was ready. At the time I set the appt (in person), I asked about an oil change. I was told there was a $59 special, but when I asked for the total when the car was ready, I was told a higher amount. I asked about it, it was updated, but should that happen? Overall, I wasn't impressed with the whole experience and plan to take the cars to Fairfax from now on.
