Jacob, the gentleman that helped get set up was totally helpful and professional, reason for the 2 stars if it wasn't for him it would have been 1. Unfortunately he wasn't the one that was going to be taking care of me with my services. Matt Percey was the man and he failed on his part for me, just my opinion. Unprofessional and bad to no communications between him and I. I would have to call for an update to what's going on with my car instead of him calling me. He did call eventually after the fact that I called first that day. I was expecting to maybe get my car back late Monday but that wasn't the case because they were not sure as to why I had no pressure in my clutch and needed more time which was fine. Matt said he would call me after the Holiday but never did. Wednesday came around and I still haven't heard back from Matt so I called myself at around 11:30am. He said the tech THINKS he fixed the issue and that is going on a test drive to make sure the clutch was good. Matt said he would call me back in an hour.....which he didn't of course. I called back and left a voicemail, Matt called me stating that clutch is good BUT the tire still isn't in and it should arrive in the AM the next day. He said it should be in early and that they will get it and install ASAP and that he would call me at 8am or so. So it's now Thursday and I never got a call for an update....what a surprise right....so I had to call to find out what's going on. Matt said the tire is on the truck and should arrive at 11am. It was now about 3 or 4pm and I still haven't heard anything so i called AGAIN and no answer. I get a call from Matt and it's finally done. I was given no explanation as to why it took so long or if there was going to be a cost.The 40k service and tire was covered as it was worked out when I bought the car. BUT where was a big payment made for the clutch for "BLEEDING" it, and the car is still under warranty. Matt said they don't know why there was air in the system which is why it wasn't covered. I don't understand why do I have to pay for something that might not be fixed because they DON'T KNOW what's causing the issue. But it is what it is..... My main issue with this whole experience was with my service ADVISOR, no communication and unprofessional. No explanations, no reasons, sounded like he wanted to get off the phone as soon as we did speak. I had to speak over him to get my 2 sentences in because he sounded like he wanted to get off the phone. This was my second time here for service and this was the worst. I was expecting the best of the best because the first time there was the best service ever but I don't think that gentleman is there any longer which is sad because he was very helpful and professional. I hope for a better experience next time and will ask to not have Matt as my service advisor. On top of that my car was not washed as promised it would be for me when I got it back.

Thanks very much! Car seems to be running more smoothly now. My only issue is a light was out when I got the car back/was taking it home. But all else seems to be in great working order. Also thanks to Pete for his help with my appointment! Happy new year to all of you at Lindsay!

Carlos took care of the order expertly when the initial order for new tires wasn’t placed by the rep who handled my call in mid-December. He was able to locate them, get the tires delivered and installed before we left town this week.
