Great service and appreciate the shuttle
Would prefer to have vehicle ready and waiting when I arrive
Pete and the team did their best - and are waiting on the arrival of the elusive headliner. I am pretty darn impressed at all the effort they made - finally making the decision to put my car back together until the part arrives. I was surprised that the car smells of a mixture of wet funk and a French soft cheese left out too long.
All in all - I cannot speak more highly about the work Pete and the team do...great care of customer needs. Thanks for getting my car back to me in the interim. Love these guys.
Jacob was able to help me understand what was going on with my tire and delivered excellent ability in making sure i was a priority. even though the tire was used before we could get it on my car (just pure bad luck) he assured me that i’d be home with a vehicle that day and the tire was en route. the tire ended up coming around 2:30 and i could pick my car up then ... this was before the original estimate. jacob made sure i was comfortable in my lyft’s to and from work and was happy with the end result
Everyone was polite and helpful and I assume mechanical work was done correctly, however, although trivial, our car wasn’t washed after service as promised.
The first time I was extremely satisfied becaude I was well taken care by one of your sale men Mr. Peter in Sterling, VA. However, this time at the same location I had children with me because my baby sitter was sick and I was denied service and Mr. Marco asked me to come back next day. The next day again with my little ones I went there and was denied again. I returned after an hour and was denied again. I went into the dealership to find Mr. Singh who helped me through the car purchasing. Mr. Sngh was not there instead another gentleman came for my help and told me that I can be provided a shuttle service. I thanked him much for giving me this option. I went back to Marco and asked him about the shuttle. Finally, I was able to get my service done. I hope you guys take any action against this bad customers service. Thanks!

i was charged for labor on item that should have been done in previous service. This shows lack of quality and diligence from service department.
I will not lease another vehicle when I turn this car in September.
