Car at service for over a week, primarily for emissions recall. Picked up today. Prior issue - keyless defective alert still showing. New issues since repair - car makes loud noise when I accelerate - fumes/odor coming in to the cabin that make you physically sick and headache. Returning car tomorrow and Eddie going to evaluate.

This was my first service experience with our new Tiguan. I wasn’t able to make an appointment so I wasn’t sure how long it would take for the 5k checkup. Dropped the car off about 7:15 and it was close to 9:30 until it was ready to go. Living in Woodbridge, if I can’t make an appointment for future service we will have to find another way to get the mid point checks done since this is a huge time commitment for a multi point checkup and tire rotation.
When I got to the car it wasn’t washed. Not a huge deal knowing that it was going to rain in the next two days and it would have taken longer still, but the service ticket says it was washed and I was never told there was a reason for not doing it. My concern in cases like this is to potentially question what shows up on the ticket and what actually gets done for much more costly items.
