Super long wait despite the appointment, both dropping off my vehicle and picking up. Person checking in was very rude and gave me incorrect information (when I came to pickup my vehicle). The only great ones were the two women working at the loaner car counter. Everyone else seemed oblivious and incompetent.
All the service is very good, I just have to tell you, thank you very much

Super friendly and explained everything
Appreciated Jerry's explanation of what my vehicle needed. Because he was so kind and interested in keeping my van's performance in good shape, I promptly went over to parts and purchased what was needed so I could take care of changing those items the next day.
As always Luis is so professional and does a great job.
