I appreciated Luis going out of his way to help me when I learned much to my surprise that we didn’t have a service agreement for our Honda Fit. He was able to apply one unused free service maintenance to cover the cost of today’s oil change and tire rotation.
Luis was awesome to work with. Extremely helpful with great customer service. He followed up as he said he would and made sure everything was to my satisfaction. I will come back and he will be main service advisor.
