Although Bryan and everyone in customer service was very nice, my car windshield was returned with dirty smudges all over it and tiny plastic chips were on the passenger side seat. c
I got an appointment to get my recall addressed the next day and made use of the shuttle service. The repair was completed on time plus I received a complementary inspection and had an additional service performed. I.B. was very polite and efficient. Very happy with the experience.
Brian was absolutely amazing! He explained everything that was happening to my car every step of the way. Always keeping me posted on what was going on! He took extra steps to help with diagnosing the problem.

Austin did a fine job but I am very disappointed with Honda. I showed proof that I had an issue with the engine. I was told that the issue could be with the transmission. I would need to spend more money to research it further. I chose not to waste more money. I will go back to my mechanic since Honda will not help.

Your service is not very good on explaining the cost , you charge more than other Honda dealers.two years ago you quoted me 1500 dollars for replacing the timing belt and I got it done at brilliance Honda for half of that . I will not be coming back and will not recommend you to anyone.
