Ibrahim provided excellent service. He told me what services would be performed on my car. He also explained there was a recall. He told what was involved and how long the oil change would cost, how much the tire rota6would cost and how long the recall inspection would take. I think was indeed very courteous and informative. I had a very good customer experience. This young man was very organized and efficient. It was a good day for me.
Just took too long- like you were overbooked.

Martin and everybody I had contact with today were GREAT! I had a messed up key fob, a list 2nd key, no way to get to the dealer.... Martin and everybody went way above and beyond to get me out of my pickle and I couldn't be more grateful!!!????
When a customer is told their car is in repairable, dig a little deeper... I have 6 months left on the car loan, and my CRV is my only means of transportation. I have no recourse, but to continue to drive it as I can't afford anything else

I really appreciated working with Bryon to plan and execute the important maintenance on my McGrath Honda 2010 CR-V (purchased new). It had crossed 100,000 miles so needed some key maintenance minder milestones. Bryon is very knowledgeable and this vehicle is up to snuff for our 2nd auto. I will seek out Bryon as we need future maintenance on our two McGrath CR-Vs.
