I am always faced with the fear that I am being taken advantage of due to my utter lack of understanding basic car jargon. I have been ripped off in the past because I trusted people who convinced me that repairs were needed when in fact they were not. I was pleased that Bryan took the time to explain what needed to be done and advise me of the repairs that were necessary versus those that can wait. Like most people, I watch the bottom line and if I am made to feel am getting the best possible deal, for things that actually need to be done, I will continue to patronize your business.

Erin, Chris, Paul, Danny and Ron were all exceptional when i lost all my keys to my passport. They kept me updated throughout the process and it was done in a quick and timely fashion. Both new keys work perfectly and i cannot thank Mcgrath honda and specifically Erin, enough! Wonderful staff you have at your service center!
