I switched to this Honda becuase the last Honda of lisle did not tighten my lug nuts when they did the recommended tire rotation. 2 of my lug nuts came off while I was driving and others were very lose. I told this to the person at this honda and he assured me it wouldn’t happen there. I was just on the highway and the same noise and feeling started again. My husband had to pull over and tighten multiple lug nuts on multiple tires on the side of the highway with my whole family in the car. I am shocked this happened again and am really not sure what is going on with honda service technicians.
