I was not inform neither get updates that whats is happening with my car. I called multiple times and every time my call transfered to someone nit the right person or got disconnected. I am very disappoint with your services. I will probably not visit again and would prefer another dealership for future services..

The noise is still there

Service was fine but my truck wasn’t washed and the valve caps were not put back on the tires.

Mitch had nothing to do with the bolt needing to be ordered.

I called ahead to ask if I needed an appointment because my bumper kept popping out, and I had only owned the car for 3 weeks. The girl that I spoke to on the phone said there’s no need for an appointment. I drove 25 mins only to be told I needed an appointment or had to leave my car. Mitch told me it would take 3-5 hours, but when I called later that evening, they hadn't even started on it. I was also told I'd get an update by 10am the next day, but I never received a call and had to follow up myself. When I picked it up, the bumper had been reattached, but I noticed a chip on the inside of the bumper. I brought it to Mitch's attention, and instead of acknowledging my concern, he said that the tech suggested that someone might have tried to pry it off before. I explained that if the damage had been there when I dropped off the vehicle, it should have been on the documentation during the drop off. It wasn't until he spoke with the manager that they agreed to address the issue. When I got home, I noticed that the side of the bumper was sticking out again, the same problem I brought it in for. Overall, this was a frustrating experience.
