I look forward to receiving a survey. I have been to plenty of car servicers throughout 8+ years of car ownership and no individual has stood out more so than Quinton. Quinton (Q) is remarkably friendly, proficient and customer-satisfaction driven each time I come into Honda for service. I am lucky to have been one of his first customers and will continue to visit Q for the comfort and reliability he provides for my vehicle, along with the great help of CJ.

Very professional, from now on we will only buy cars from mcgrath. The after sales is 100 star. The moment we drive the car to service .. we felt welcomed. And we dont have this feeling that we are being rob. After the service is completed.

Curtis was extremely helpful for the whole process. His assistance allowed me to go from noticing my tire was flat to leaving the dealership good as new within 3 hours (tow and service all within the timeframe). With a wife that is 40 weeks pregnant it was extremely helpful for my entire family.

Davis is a great service advisor. Not happy about the extended warranty I purchased that gets to pick and choose what they cover. A seep is a leak regardless of how you look at it.

All was great, but I discussed with the person that took my car in that I needed a quote on replacement of the driver side mirror, which was damaged / clipped by garage. He said he could get me a quote for that fix. Can someone get that for me?
