I waited for almost an hour after reviewing the inspection report, the service advisor never came back to get me or bring my car keys; I had to go ask for my car at the cashier to ask for my keys and for the car to be brought back from where it was sitting.

I hate that you are charging 3% surcharge for using a credit card. I’ve come to McGrath Honda for over 40 years and you never added a surcharge for using a credit card. It’s a really cheesy, nickle & dime move and a disservice to your customers. It irritates me every time I enter your dealership.

Mitch was amazing getting me set up and suggesting services I had put off previously. I love that I can come in after 8pm for an oil change since its so hard for me to schedule these types of aappointments during the day. Everything was completed in a great time frame, checkout was painless, and I will definitely be back.

Very well done, easy process. The car is pulling to the right a bit after the service, but I believe this is due to the tire rotation. I believe it to work itself out.

Mitch Antonik was a fantastic rep to work with. He was very pleasant and was both informative and kind. Came out to the lobby and gave me updates throughout the process. He is the best rep I've had the pleasure of helping me! McGrath should be very proud to have him as a member of their staff! 100/10 would recommend Mitch to anyone wanting service done at McGrath.
