The only negative aspect was having to remove the floor and seat covers and bring that trash back into the service dept. from outside to place in trash.

As soon as I arrived I was quickly attended to by Curtis Fulmer, who was very friendly, respectful, he focused on my concern despite it being a busy day, in the same way as soon as he had a diagnosis, he let me know quickly and explained my options clearly and in detail, so I I feel very satisfied with the service, they have a great team, honestly as a consumer I say "employees like that are hard to find"
