Camilo was in constant contact about the progress of the service on my car. He didn’t pressure me to get service that he didn’t think was needed, based on the history of my car. The only thing I forgot to ask about when I was there today was that earlier this year I had received a notice about a recall on my car and was told that something had to be ordered. I haven’t heard anymore about it.

Bryan was not only efficient in getting the Civic serviced but he was also empathic, understanding that my wife was beside herself having just purchased the car the day before. The problem with the moonroof was a disconnected cable and Bryan helped us with a shuttle service and stayed in contact until the problem was resolved.

Honestly, I went to another service provider. I came back this time and was extremely happy with the service. Kevin was very polite and professional. The car was promptly serviced and cleaned. I went I for an oil change and had my key battery updated and the brakes cleaned. Then a wonderful associate helped my daughter with the blue tooth in the car. Even the technician who cleaned the car went above and beyond. Grateful for exemplary service and a kind crew tonight. Thank you.
