Erin was completely wonderful! Great communication and was very transparent with everything. I was facing a rough situation based on false information I received from another representative there that caused a lot of unnecessary cost and time to me and, while I wasn't compensated for that, working with Erin definitely helped make the situation better! She's a rock star!

Curtis was very helpful, courteous and professional. He had already closed for the day when I arrived, but he opened back up to help me and get me checked in. He understood our concerns and took them seriously. I will definitely look for Curtis next time I come in for service.

Curtis explained several digital features on my dashboard that were not shown to me when i purchased the car. What is most important he took TIME he was humble. Some of the other service workers are glib and treated me like i i did not have a brain. Do what you can to hold on to curtis he is a keeper.

Suggestion: if you see a major problem with maintance. Explain the saverity before the vehicle is processed. I could not afford 700 dollars and a 100.00 dollar oil change. But after the oil change curtis explained the saverity of the back brakes and quoted a price. It was within my budget so had the work done. But that was after I waited an hour for my oil change. This is not a complaint just a "what if" scenario.????
