Barry did a fantastic job of listening to my problem, addressing it, and getting the issue fixed in a timely manner. He was also personable to talk with, and he put up with my slightly bossy demands. He made me feel at ease which isn’t always easy to do at a car dealership! Thanks, Barry!

Joe kept me informed throughout the diagnosis of my car battery. Waiting room area was pleasant. Joe came in to waiting area to keep me informed as to work that was being performed on my vehicle. I was advised of all my options and I chose to have a new battery installed. It is always a pleasant experience at McGrath Honda:)

Zack was very courteous and professional. He kept me apprised of the progress of the work being done . I appreciate that he informed me of additional recommendations for work to be done but didn't strong-arm me into it. After a polite discussion he helped me to prioritize what was an immediate need and what could be postponed to a later date.
