He was very kind but lacked follow through. Three times I asked about a rear window wiper cap but in the end this was not addressed until I called after no response via text (though responded to other texts). Asked in person when I dropped it off and again in texts for a quote on paint for the rear bumper scratches. Got no response. But I did get notified for additional unexpected repairs my van needed.

Shop was busy but the time it took for an oil change and tire rotation was way too long. I stared at my completed vehicle for 20 minutes before I was able to pay and leave. I would have rescheduled for a better time had I known the wait was so long but I thought that's what an appointment was for. Friendly staff though and service person was obviously trying to move things along but the operational processes in place just created undue wait times. I saw 2 other customers visibly mad for waiting so long.

I have never paid more than $100-$125 max when going for oil change service when car had only 20k+ miles on it. Even my BMW I never paid this kind of disproportionately high service charge. The service guys - Brian and Avery- were going by the Honda’s system code (that’s what they said). If you have to pay way more than usual charge amount then it certainly is ridiculous. Customer should be VERY CLEARLY informed what is exactly warranted to be done and what Honda’s system recommends.
