Sweet operating group. The wash machine does not clean the upper portion of the rear window on the model HRV. Something to look into.

Erin was incredible and I have never been more satisfied with a dealership or company that services my vehicle. Erin was very transparent and kept me updated every step of the way. Erin and the McGrath dealership showed urgency when there were technical difficulties with the key replacement insurance and the level of customer care does not go unnoticed by me. Given the scenario I would recommend anyone to work with and purchase through this dealership.

I asked Bryan if someone could clean the inside of my windshield because it had a film on it. He said that’s not something they usually do, but he would “get that done for me” or something similar. It wasn’t done though. Better for him to have said they don’t offer that service, than to say something will be done and it doesn’t get done. Not a huge deal, but it was disappointing to see it wasn’t done. Also, I can’t tell from the paperwork I received if the System Upgrade was done. My car is still telling me it’s available???????

Kevin has patience and is willing to explain information to his customers until they understand what is being told to them. There was also new member of your team and greated us with interest and was willing to stay with us till Kevin was ready to help with our papers
